In the past 5 years we have encountered some real irresponsibility in the real estate market.  Foreclosures, bankruptcies, and abandoned projects are not an uncommon site in today's market.  All we can do now is pick up the pieces and dream big.  Our goal is to responsibly rebuild this community one property at a time.  Completing abandoned projects and rehabilitating old properties, repairing destroyed credit scores so our neighbors can get loans to purchase those properties, making sure these homes and business centers are places where they can take pride in calling it their own.

This practice is also crucial in the stabilization of our local neighborhoods. A run down property can bring down the value of a neighborhood, which affects the overall real estate value in a town.
